The correct answer to the above is Rex Grossman, Quarterback for the Washington Redskins. While not technically Jewish, he does have a very Jewish last name, and that's really all the research we had time to do today.
Plus he sort of looks Jewish, which means for all intents and purposes, he probably is. FWIW - Dan Snyder, the owner of the Redskins is definitely Jewish, making Grossman and Snyder the only 100% Jewish owner/quarterback tandem in the NFL right now.
